Busser/Dishwasher

OB PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to positively represent Buffalo Wild Wings Brand as a first point of contact for Guests. This role is responsible for managing all takeout orders and accurately entering orders into the Point of Sale system and collecting payments. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables * Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing * Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance * Assisting servers to clean and reset tables * Organization of silverware and other kitchen equipment * Communication skills and a willingness to work with other team members * Exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room, bar and kitchen for periods up to 6 hours OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: * May help prep Expo window. * Monitor and stock restroom. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB PURPOSE:

The primary responsibility of a Busser is to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables.
