Life Time is currently seeking a qualified LifeCafe Assistant Department Head to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring our members have an extraordinary health and fitness experience.
As the LifeCafe Assistant Department Head, you will be responsible for supporting the Department Head in the overall operations and financial budgetary responsibilities of the LifeCafe business.
Responsibilities
Assist Department Head in managing front of the house and back of the house operations
Provide fresh and nutritional food to members with a level of service that results in making the LifeCafe a regular part of the club visits
Uphold the LifeCafe commitment which promises a menu that is good for you and delicious with service that is friendly and fast
Drive success in the LifeCafe by increasing revenue growth
Recruit, hire, train and mentor team members to promote career growth and success
Demonstrate a positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong work ethic
Previous restaurant experience with fast casual or full service experience preferred
Strong management and leadership experience managing multiple responsibilities
Employee relations/development experience necessary
Solid work ethic with strong decision making skills
Experience driving operations and financial performance
