PepsiCo is undertaking a major transformation in how it operates in each and every function, and in each and every business sector around the globe. The activation of a new PepsiCo Operating Model, or POM, requires our need to further build and expand our Change Management and Transformation capability. The new expansion of the Change Management Center of Excellence will allow the organization to address this challenge and deliver on both the financial algorithm and the ability to transform. Change Management training is a critical enabler of this global transformation.

The Learning Director will be an integral part of the Change Management COE leadership team as the Learning and Development expert. He or she will sit in Corporate HQ in Purchase, NY, in order to collaborate with the COE regularly, but will also manage a relationship with the Learning COE in Plano, TX to execute training plans. Responsibilities will include:

Enterprise Change Capability

Design learning strategies to build Change Management capability for segmented stakeholder populations (e.g., Change Practitioner, HRBP, Project Manager, Senior Leader, Line Manager)

Design, develop and deploy training & learning solutions that increase change capability in order to drive program /project success and reinforce sustainability

Drive and maximize training completions and ensure we are building the right level of expertise with the right populations.

Workstream Support: Transformation, POM Capability, Smart Spending

Lead development of learning strategy and planning for general transformation understanding and commitment (Case for Change, Behaviors), Category Leadership Team capability / competency building, specific POM activation needs (e.g. new ways of working) and Smart Spending culture change / new ways of working.

Conduct training needs analyses, lead training content design and identify appropriate training mechanisms, deploy training as well as monitor and track performance

Drives and maximizes training completions and ensures we are building the right level of expertise with the right populations.

Other Responsibilities

Collaborates with Director, Change Capability and Transformation Communications on training development/deployment, and with the Transformation Communications team on deployment strategies/plans.

Serves as an active member of the Global Change Leads network. Participates in regular meetings and forum groups, shares best practices, business updates and contributes to the network with insights and feedback on a regular basis.

May support other projects/capability work in connection with the Global Change Management COE

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of Masters, 12-15 years' experience

Master's degree preferred in HR Management, Instructional Design, I/O psychology or other relevant degree

10+ years of relevant work experience in a large company or consulting firm leading and delivering training related work for large scale programs or projects

Instructional design experience including instructor and e-learning

Formal consulting experience, or internal consulting at a large global company, preferred

Project management experience and excellent client relationship skills

Experience with change initiatives impacting a global audience

Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various activities. Must be comfortable with "rolling up their sleeves".

Influential - must be comfortable and effective in influencing stakeholders who do not have a direct reporting relationship

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, results oriented culture.

Ability to build authentic working relationships amongst the Change Management COE team and with colleagues across sectors and functions.
