Requirements

We are currently recruiting for Inbound Sales Coordinators with excellent sales experience to start training in July. The Sales Coordinator is the "front line" point of contact with customers contemplating the purchase of consumer electronic products. The sales center is open 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. The pay will be $13.71 per hour plus the potential for additional selling incentives. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be open to working various shifts with a potential for mandatory overtime. Pre-employment background screens and drug tests will be conducted. Our environment is a fun, energetic, highly competitive sales center with: scheduled start and end times, structured break and phone schedules, periods of overtime during peak selling seasons, and possible outbound calling requirements during slower selling seasons. Common traits of qualified candidates includes: Proven track record of achieving of sales goals. Highly confident and professionally assertive individual who can instill confidence in customers. Experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, Mortgage, or Real Estate. Retail experience at business such as Best Buy, Circuit City, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile or Clear Wire Gamers who have retail experience Job description: Taking inbound calls from customers across the country. Promoting and selling HP products and services using a structured sales methodology. Using several computer based tools for research and order placement. Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty. Building and maintaining strong customer rapport. Converting inbound/outbound calls into sales. Basic Qualifications: This position requires the ability to use computers and various software programs simultaneously. High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience. Proactive and quick thinking with a positive attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Experienced in B2B sales, marketing, mortgage or real estate. One year of sales experience. Preferred Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience. Twelve months commission-based sales experience.
