-Asking questions to determine the best product fit for the member
-Offering Protection Agreements and accessories (complete solution)
-Check out in store and on-line
-Helping them find a unit that is out of stock or only available on line
-Returns and exchanges
-Signing members up for our rewards program
-Signing members up for credit
-Asking for feedback on the store and their experience
-Cleaning and straitening
