Job Duties: (Key results expected from this position in the first 6-12 months)
1. Monitoring in-plant production, conducting tests for Q.A. programs, (such as net/
weight monitoring) using statistical methods.
2. Provide support to production, and interaction with USDA inspectors as needed.
3. Monitor TQC, HACCP, and SSOP programs.
4. Special projects as requested by supervisor.
Employee Requirements: (Min. education & experience required & key personal characteristics)
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Good attendance and safety record.
Must have good math skills.
Knowledge of production processes helpful.
Computer knowledge and experience helpful.
Ability to work flexible hours and or shifts.
Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity.
Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills.
