JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic RN who is passionate about the health and well-being of our employee to, assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
The House Supervisor provides leadership to members of the hospital staff. Acts as liaison between employees, patients and their families.Knowledge of hospital administrative and nursing regulations and how to apply to nursing practice.
Located in the City of Gilbert, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Current AZ State RN License in good standing
Three (3) years experience as a clinical manager in which administrative, supervisory, and teaching abilities have been demonstrated
Associate Degree in Nursing
Good communication skills, ability to organize, act and make decisions in a timely manner
Ability to work with people of all ages
Knowledge of hospital administrative and nursing regulations and how to apply to nursing practice
Current ACLS provider card
Current PALS or ENPC
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
