Awarded Top Workplaces in Utah by the Salt Lake Tribune – Discover is hiring for a Part-Time Customer Service!This would be working directly for Discover, not working for a 3rd party company that could lose a contract or through a staffing agency.In this new exciting part-time customer service position employees work to strengthen our relationships with our valued Discover Card members.Awesome agents promote to a full-time Specialty Team within six to eight months!Receiving inbound calls, agents use engaging, friendly and personable approach to promote the Discover Card brand.Employees in this fun Customer Service postion enjoy daily give-a-ways, promotions and contests such as gift cards, iPads, food and more!No experience is required, instead, need a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Qualifications

For this inbound Customer Service position great candidates must have:

A Helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude.
An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued Discover Card members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be proficient at keyboarding/typing.
Thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills

Work Schedule:
Part-Time 25-29 hours per week between the hours of 5:00am - 2:00pm.
Weekend and holiday scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Training for this postions starts on August 3rd 2015.

No Experience is Required however; If you have provided GREAT Customer Service in any of the following areas, wed love to meet you;
