Are you a Customer Service Specialist looking for a bigger challenge with better pay? Can you explain retirement accounts details into easily understandable information? One of our clients is growing and they are seeking Client Relationship Associates in your area. If you're great at helping people over the phone we'd like to talk to you!
What you'll be doing:
You will be responding promptly and accurately to incoming service related calls concerning retirement and financial related products and services. You will provide high quality client service across Institutional Participant Services by responding to participant phone inquiries and assisting in resolving financial accounts from various information systems. You are required to maintain Client focused, be responsive to feedback, demonstrated initiative, be articulate, professional, and have willingness to provide complete and accurate information on each and every call.
Requirements:
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training preferred.
-Minimum one year general experience.
-Ability to relate, empathize and quickly build rapport with participants.
-Interest in the financial services industry and a desire to help participants reach their financial goals through the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
-Working knowledge of computer and related software applications.
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask in a highly visible, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-Ability to work effectively with others as a member of a team.
Preferred:
-Prior customer service experience, preferably in financial services is preferred.
Pay Type: Hourly $16/hr.
Schedule/Hours: Must have ability to work from 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM as the work schedule is 4 days per week and what is referred to as a compressed schedule. There are 3 different schedules to select from (or the client will select for you).
