Job Summary: As a Quality Control Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to review and replicate actions performed on customer accounts to ensure previous work is compliant with regulations and corporate policies and procedures. The Quality Control Analyst will be assisting with projects of varying complexity with cross functional impacts for the Auto Finance or Student Lending/Outside Service Provider (OSP) line of business specific to the SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act). This includes, but is not limited to: processing actions on various systems of record, validation and updating of Word and Excel documentation, and referencing existing policy and procedures. Responsibilities Quality test numerous processes within auto and student lending to ensure procedures are followed. Ability to analyze the process from beginning to end and provide recommendations where controls are needed. Ability to adapt to changing requirements while ensuring quality adherence. Daily interaction with project team, including processors, project managers, and remediation execution managers. Must stay current on all policies and procedures to incorporate that knowledge into thorough reviews. Required Skills BS/BBA in Finance, Accounting or other Business degree; or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years' experience in auto and/or student lending 3-5 years of control testing assurance experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a time sensitive environment. Must maintain a high level of accuracy with attention to detail. Highly motivated team player. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Background in SCRA is a plus Have a solid understanding of computer systems and Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Word.
