PrideStaff is recruiting Production Associates for excellent 1st shift and 2nd shift opportunities in Salt Lake City.

Job Duties:

Operate several different tools to produce product meeting customer expectations

Handwork and surface finishing to remove burrs and improve finished surfaces

Read and follow detailed drawings to assure accurate production

Measure product features to assure compliance to customer specifications

Consistently meet the company's quality and safety standards

Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards

Assure proper housekeeping and organization

Strive to meet team production goals without compromising quality

Job Requirements:

Read blueprints to assure accuracy of finished products

Must be able to read and accurately use measuring tools

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Read, understand and follow instructions in English

Must have work experience that demonstrates good hand and eye coordination

Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or coworker
