PrideStaff has partnered with our North Dallas client in search of a dynamic Property Insurance Analyst to join their growing team! This is a direct hire position with a FANTASTIC culture!

The Insurance Analyst provides timely and accurate loan level property insurance compliance to clients to facilitate portfolio risk management evaluation.

With minimal supervision, provide accurate and timely monitoring of loan level insurance compliance.

Duties:
  • Perform review of mortgage/deed of trust, loan agreement and/or commitment letter to determine insurance requirements at the loan level.
  • Review 3rd party reports (appraisal, site inspection, seismic reports, zoning reports, engineering and environmental reports) to determine property specific insurance requirements.
  • Make written and verbal contacts to insurance agents to obtain renewal information.
  • Monitor outstanding requests and perform follow up as necessary to ensure timely receipt of insurance renewals.
  • Analyze and interpret Commercial Insurance Forms, Declaration Pages and related documents to ensure compliance of insurance coverage.
  • Resolve non-compliant issues through communication with agent, borrower and/or asset manager.
  • Maintain monitoring database.
  • Provide monitoring and oversight of property insurance claims.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Assist with obtaining adequate property insurance in the event of foreclosures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:
  • 2 years + mortgage loan processing expertise
  • Commercial mortgage loan servicing experience
  • Insurance knowledge and experience in P&C and Life Insurance a must.
  • Flood expertise is preferred
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to client-specific requirements and objectives.
  • Working knowledge of terminology relevant to loan and insurance documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally & written
  • Thrives in a deadline driven environment with high level of accuracy.
