Max & Erma's Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Max & Erma's on the Boulevard, located in the exciting Arena District, is seeking an experienced restaurant professional to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction. Ideal candidates must have a solid background in a full service restaurant environment and previous related management experience. Fast food experience is not applicable.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for opening, closing of the restaurant.
• Responsible for running Front of House Shifts.
• Scheduling Front of House Staff.
• Directing and Supporting Service Team.
• Conduct shift meetings and effectively communicate information to the team.
• Effectively manage labor and expenses.

• Must have at least 2 years previous management experience.
• Knowledge of POSI Touch POS system a plus but not required.

• Must have flexible availability with full service restaurant experience of comparable brand.
