Time Warner Cable currently seeks Door to Door Field Retention Representatives
Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Utilize consultative approach in an effort to present the value of TWC products and services Door to Door, with the purpose of retaining core products and customers, and selling TWC products and services to existing customers, and Win-Back customers from competitive service providers.
2. Retain and upgrade cable services in accordance with company requirements and customer needs.
3. Save customers from disconnecting or downgrading service; present benefits of products and services to customers including billing, technical, collections, and other types of inquiries.
4. Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. Escalate unresolved complaints in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with escalation guidelines.
5. Document customer transactions, and provide accurate information to Order Entry Representatives.
6. Project professionalism and work cooperatively with team members and management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 - 3 years Door to Door sales experience highly preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong oral communication skills.
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends, due to business need and be willing to travel within TWC footprint within the region may be necessary from time to time for trainings and meetings.

- Must have a valid Driver’s license and full access to an Automobile to use for business purposes.
