We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Sales Consultant.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for establishing great business relationships with customers to increase sales and generate referrals. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in health and nutrition as well as a superior ability to sell high quality nutritional supplements. Key Responsibilities Include: - Answer incoming calls as promptly as possible, maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor at all times - Process customer orders utilizing accounting software - Provide guidance on nutritional support and dosage based on background, body weight and age, in accordance with company standard protocol - Foster relationships with customers to encourage ongoing communication - Regularly send materials to prospective new customers and follow up with courtesy call - Process 'return requests' for items to be returned in accordance with company policy after verifying reason for return - Attend weekly department meetings - Remain versed on ingredients and benefits of all nutritional supplements, super foods and non-supplement items as well as what separates these products from other counterparts in the healthcare market Education, Experience and Skills Include: - Professional and caring telephone demeanor required - Ability to field multiple calls simultaneously - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm (one weekday off)
