About this job

Duties include:
*Promoting private rental events and completing reservations for events
*Planning events with clients and ensuring that all rental materials, liquor orders, contracts, invoices, payments, etc. are completed before the respective deadlines
*Maintaining spreadsheets for inventory of alcohol, collection of fees, and managing a budget
*Communicating with clients, caterers, staff, etc. to make the event successful
*Supervising event staff and bartenders to insure proper staff coverage and compliance with policies
*Organizing and overseeing an annual wedding expo
*Setting-up and breaking-down for events; moving chairs, tables, glassware, etc
*Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and setup of the building before, during, and after events
*Assisting with fundraising events (Art Auction, Stewards Dinner, etc.)
*Supporting farm events, educational programs, and other farm related duties as required
Requirements:
*At least 3 years of experience coordinating events and training in the hospitality field (degree in hospitality management is a plus but not required)
*Possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age
*Certified in First Aid and CPR
*Ability to life 40lb at once
*Certified in TIPS and TEAM alcohol awareness and complete NH Liquor Management Training
*Availability to work weekends and evenings (sometimes until 1am)
*Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage a team of event staff
*Strong customer service skills, flexibility, creativity, and positive attitude
