2 nd Assistant Manager - Zumiez Streets

Objective:

To assist the Sales Floor Manager in all store sales floor functions associated with customer service and sales floor maintenance.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Certification of all sales floor training tools and programs and demonstrates use consistently on sales floor Grow the Zumiez sales culture within the store, including the Zumiez selling process, ensuring that service is prompt, knowledgeable and that customer service expectations are met Communicate, drive and establish accountability for store sales goals and metrics General maintenance of the sales floor through opening and closing checklists Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications:

Commitment to outstanding customer service Successful retail sales or leadership experience Ability to assist in management of 10-50 employees Collaborative team leadership approach Proven ability to understand and drive sales goals and the sales floor metrics associated with sales Knowledge of the brands and styles associated with Zumiez product and lifestyles it supports Commitment to learn aout, engage in and evolve with the lifestyles Zumiez supports Demonstrated ability to uphold standards and hold team members accountable Proven leadership skills Excellent problem solving ability and communication skills High school diploma or GED Ability to work part time/full time hours including evenings, weekends and on call shifts Regular and predictable attendance Measure:
