Warehouse / Press Operator

A well-established manufacturer and importer in San Clemente needs a Warehouse Associate. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM to 5PM. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and the pay ranges from $12 to $15/hour.

Responsibilities include general warehouse duties: move merchandise, stack, repackage, strap boxes, general clean-up, etc. You’ll also operate a hydraulic rubber molding press – no prior experience required, just ability to follow instructions closely. Other duties will be assigned, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to take on any job assigned – punctual, reliable, and consistent
• Mechanical abilities and a mechanically inclined thinking process highly desirable
• Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel & Outlook
• Previous experience in completing shipping and receive paperwork will be helpful
• Experience in Quality Control and Inspection is a plus!
• Ability to read mechanical drawings/blueprints is a plus!
• High attention to detail is important – able to match numbers and batch identifiers
• Able to work with little supervision
• Strong communication skills
• High school graduate
• Willing to submit to drug screen and background check
• Due to government contract regulations, you must be US legal resident
