We have an opening for a multi-unit Area Director. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about food, customer satisfaction, leadership, management development and an inspiring motivator. This is an opportunity to lead a team of managers to become the best performing Five Guys in the system. We are a new franchise group looking to grow in Broward County.
Multi-unit management with full P&L responsibility. Lead a team of 40 GM's, AM's and Shift Leaders. You will need to recruit and train high performing management teams to meet and exceed Five Guy standards. Work closely with franchise ownership to achieve overall goals for the company. Be willing to do what it takes to get the job done the correct way.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College or Associate Degree
- Proven track record of successful multi-unit management
- Familiarity with Five Guys is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High degree of motivation and a strong initiative skills
- Full understanding of P&L management
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
