BASIC FUNCTION:
The function of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Directors in the ongoing development of existing and prospective GWAVA customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its revenue growth targets.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The following are principal duties of the Inside Sales Representative:

* Represent GWAVA in a positive and professional manner as a first contact to
* Work with all company personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
* Make prospecting calls daily and set appointments to hit weekly appointment goals.
* Data mine the CRM, and supplied regional lists of targeted verticals to find ideal prospects
* Aid and ensure the smooth operation of the quoting process to completion of all renewals in assigned geographies.
* Aid in event calling campaigns and marketing blitzes as directed
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Managers.
* Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (call customer to ensure licensing was received and customer is stratified).
* Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements through first party resources.
* Participate in departmental meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
* Assist in customer escalation as per support procedure.
* Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Orders, and Renewals.
* Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
* Other tasks as assigned


RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that:

* All of the duties of the position are completed as per the job description.
* Sales administration duties are performed accurately and on time.
* Customer Data Variances are updated in CRM(GoldMine) as they are discovered
* Collecting and reporting sales prospecting activity, information, and issues.
* Becoming a student of GWAVA processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Assisting Sales Directors on an as needed basis

QUALIFICATIONS:
* One Year relevant Sales Experience and/or Customer service experience.
* BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration / or Equivalent.
* Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Skype.
* Prior experience with CRM and reporting tools
* Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member.
