- Perform outbound and inbound collections calls with guests to negotiate payment arrangements on their delinquent credit account
- Display clear understanding of all credit policies, procedures, state and federal laws, and rules and regulations governing credit and collections
- Deliver Target Branded interactions with all guests by communicating effectively and providing World Class service while collecting on delinquent credit accounts
- Demonstrate problem solving skills by working with guests to find the right solution to bring the account current
- Effectively handle exceptional account situations including bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, disputes, and fraud
- Positively interact with your team while driving department goals and objectives
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Typing 25 wpm
- Strong communications, negotiating and decision making skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Displays a positive and flexible attitude
