Major Financial Services Retail Banking client is seeking to hire an Experienced Recruiter. This is a 3 Month Contract Opportunity. This role will be supporting the retail branches. The ideal candidate will have high volume recruiting experience. Agency experience is preferred but not necessary. Prior retail banking recruitment experience is a plus but not required. The incumbent will manages all aspects of the employment and recruitment process of senior level candidates. Partner with Senior Leaders to develop sourcing strategies. Selects, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates for executive positions. Primary Responsibilities: Advises and consults with the hiring managers on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and staffing strategies. (10%) Leads and executes sourcing strategies by optimizing direct sourcing, job postings and screening requirements for marketability. (20%) Maintains productive community relationships and utilize these contacts to expand potential applicant pool. (20%) Mentors and guides less experienced recruiters. (05%) Negotiates and manages vendor relationships and contracts, when approved and necessary (05%) Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. (10%) Screens, interviews and develops candidate slate. Provides timely, relevant, and accurate feedback to internal and external candidates and manages candidates expectations.
