Responsibilities
Small Business Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business and qualified sales leads of Small Businesses with 5-99 employees to the Retail and B2B Channels within their assigned territory. The goal is to increase SMB adds and market share within their assigned territory.
Retail- Incumbent will be assigned to retail store locations within their assigned territory. Incumbent will work with sales reps on developing skills related to qualifying, presenting and closing SMB customers on traditional and M2M solutions. Incumbent will partner with assigned stores and work the sales floor alongside RSRs during peak traffic times. Incumbent will be responsible with attending offsite appointments set by retail store employees to further qualify and close opportunities.
B2B- Incumbent will be assigned to B2B direct sales teams. Incumbent will prospect SMB accounts not currently being worked by the sales team and drive qualified leads to the assigned territory AE. Incumbent will join meetings for opportunities they booked whenever possible.
Incumbent will be responsible with knowing all applicable systems and channel sales metrics. Incumbent will be responsible for time management to ensure that all responsibilities of the position are being met.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant business sales experience, including cold calling
Other:
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time
Professional communication and customer interaction skills, with experience hunting for business, negotiating, and closing sales
Outstanding solutions-based sales skills and a passion for technology
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outgoing, resourceful, and motivated to learn
