* HS diploma or GED required; Associates degree or technical certifications preferred.
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* Must be at least 18 years or older
* Two or more years relevant training in one or more maintenance trades, specifically mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC controls, robotics and pneumatics.
* Knowledge of spreadsheet or database software preferred.
* Previous experience training and/or leading others desired.
* Experience working for a bedding manufacturer and/or knowledge of sewing equipment a plus.
