POSITION SUMMARY

The Team Leader is responsible for operating and maintaining the daily responsibilities of the store, while the manager may or may not be on duty. The Team Leader must be an effective communicator as they are responsible for coordinating and managing shift changes, delegating tasks to the team according to the daily checklist and assists with customer inquiries and concerns. The Team Leader must have strong problem solving skills as they will be responsible for handling customer related inquiries, concerns and issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure daily responsibilities (cleaning machines, daily checklists, setting up the toppings bar, innovation bar, stocking of product etc.) are being performed
  • Ensuring that all products (merchandise, supplies, toppings, etc.) are stocked and prepared properly
  • Coach, train and retrain employees to ensure that sweetFrog standards are being upheld
  • Responsible for cash handling and end of the night deposits
  • Assisting customers at the register
  • Facebook Posting (when needed)
  • Ensuring corporate program roll outs are conducted correctly and that staff is aware of all promotions that are currently taking place
  • Fielding/rectifying complaints from customers/employees and reporting to senior management
  • Problem Solving

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year experience working in a food service environment
  • Superior client service focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent time - management skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and monitor outstanding items
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness
  • Ability to think ahead and be proactive
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
