Home Instead Senior Care is looking responsible applicants to assist with scheduling responsibilities.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and respond 
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules
  • Communicate with CAREGivers and clients regarding scheduling revisions as needed
  • Take messages as well as document pertinent information
  • Contact backup office personnel when questions arise requiring office personnel input
  • Follow up and communicate CAREGiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved
  • Working knowledge of ClearCare a plus
Requirements:
  • Must possess a customer service mentality
  • Must be proficient with internet and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate with clients and CAREGivers in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
