Home Instead Senior Care is looking responsible applicants to assist with scheduling responsibilities. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and respond
- Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules
- Communicate with CAREGivers and clients regarding scheduling revisions as needed
- Take messages as well as document pertinent information
- Contact backup office personnel when questions arise requiring office personnel input
- Follow up and communicate CAREGiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved
- Working knowledge of ClearCare a plus
- Must possess a customer service mentality
- Must be proficient with internet and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate with clients and CAREGivers in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
