Burlington is currently hiring Retail Store Associates in the following departments: Receiving, Cashier, Front-end, Misses, Juniors, Men's, Home, Kids, Shoes, Intimates, Accessories.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As part of our team, the Retail Store Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, processing sales quickly, maintaining a clean and neat sales floor, and being a critical resource in safeguarding company assets. For our store associates , working at Burlington is more than a job – this is a family.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Demonstrate solid product knowledge.
· Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
· Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and documents.
· Quickly and accurately communicate customer requests to management.
· Maintain orderly appearance of the sales floor and keep products and supplies stocked.
· Assist with the retail sales floor management.
