We are a stable agency that is growing, and we need EXPERIENCED Spanish Bilingual 3rd Party Collectors in the North Dallas area. Our Call Center is located in Carrollton, TX. We offer a fun, fast-paced and business casual environment where quality people are appreciated and find success.

2 Scheduled Work Shifts:
Monday - Friday - 10:00am - 7:00pm.
Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm. One late night 12:00pm - 9:00pm. One Saturday a month 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Training Class - August 3, 2015 - Carrollton Call Center
Our Spanish Bilingual Collectors resolve delinquent accounts by communicating with consumers to establish repayment terms. They handle high volume inbound and outbound calls, resolving consumer disputes and negotiating payments, while complying with all State and Federal regulations. They are exceptional communicators with outstanding negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, dedicated persistence, and goal oriented.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in 1st and/or 3rd Party Collections and Call Center environment
* Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong persistence & deadline-oriented
* Basic computer and math skills
* Professional work ethic with strong integrity and attendance record
* Money motivated and result driven
* Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check
* Bilingual in Spanish is required
SWC Group offers an industry leading compensation program that includes:

- Agent performance is critical to the company success in performing for our clients. Those agents that consistently perform will be incentivized through an ongoing scheduled review of their performance at which time agents will have compensation increased or decreased based on performance.
- Performance reviews for compensation will be conducted on a quarterly basis with pay increases/decreases occurring the 3rd week following the end of the quarter.
- Pay increases/decreases will be in increments of $.25 for each quarterly performance review. Pay increases will be capped at $2.00. Pay decreases will not go lower than the agent's current base salary.
