Summary:
The primary functions of this position are to assist the engineering staff with preparation of Outside Plant (OSP) maps and other miscellaneous drawings.
Primary Duties:
* Prepare OSP maps
* Work with client's OSP contractor
* Confirm that OSP project is constructed to plans & specifications
* Take construction notes
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* CAD degree from technical institution OR applicable experience
* ESRI/GIS Mapping preferred but not required
* GPS Experience preferred but not required
* Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred but not required
* Ability to communicate clearly
* Some travel
* Basic knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus, but not required
