About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Assistant Buyer.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
This person will solicit quotes from suppliers, place orders, issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery. Will perform other duties that include maintaining stock levels.
Must have at least high school diploma or GED and one year of buying experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of internal combustion engines is a plus. Must have good communication and computer skills and a working knowledge of MRP and ERP.
