Field Technician

Aerotek is seeking a Field Technician for a client in Little Rock, Arkansas!

Job Description:

Field Technician will be responsible for testing of construction material on multiple sites in Northwest Arkansas areas. The field technician will document testing recordings and findings and complete reports on the captured information. They will also utilize a company vehicle to drive to client site locations. Material testing will be on concrete, asphalt, and soils.

Work Environment:

Heavy Civil Sites, Construction Sites in the Northwest Arkansas area.

Qualifications:

Previous ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification is a must at this time. There are 18 different ACI certifications and any one of these qualifies. High School Diploma. Must be able to lift Concrete Cylinders (approximately 30 lbs) from test site to vehicle, vehicle to lab, and then move cylinders for testing in the lab.

Typical Day:

Report to the office in the morning to get direction for the day, what locations they need to go and what test/materials they need to bring back or complete there in the field.

Pay:

$11.00-$15.00 an hour (approval for overtime from the manager)

Additional Information:

Will need steel toe boots, hard hat, and safety glasses. There is also an open position at their Springdale, Arkansas location.
