About this job

Our Client is seeking an experienced and connected Account Executive who wants to take the leap and help build our US 'startup' business as we drive toward explosive growth. You will be a direct contributor to our growth by managing our key client relationships and building and executing on your own enterprise lead pipeline.

Daily Activities:
*Client, Build and Manage a mid-size enterprise pipeline to achieve targets
*Retain, Grow and Develop assigned accounts through regular interaction with clients to ensure renewals and growth of all accounts
*Understand the organizational structure, business needs and requirements of assigned clients
*Understand and document use of our client's platform and services to support client's business and operational needs, including product-related analytics and metrics
*Responsible for developing and presenting quarterly business reviews with top tier clients
*Leverage knowledge of product, use cases, and client business needs to expand existing client's user base and use cases while helping improve client's collaboration and productivity
*Develop call and face-to-face meeting cycles for existing accounts to consult on usage, options, features
*Identify client's gaps/ opportunities in business process management and team-based workflows
*Propose, scope, price and sell subscription product and technology consulting service solutions to clients
*Negotiate and create product and technology consulting service orders, contract addendums and renewals, obtaining necessary signatures both internally and externally
*Capture and quantify business impact of our clients' products for client and identify clients to act as references
*Maintain weekly or bi-weekly status reports and conference calls for top tier clients

Desired Skills and Experience
*Minimum 5 years' experience working with enterprise B2B cloud solutions and platforms, ideally in the CRM, Project Management or Collaboration space
*Understanding of the sales process with experience in meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets
*Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing
*Experience in a strategic role in account or relationship management with large global customers
*Exceptional presentation and communication skills in 'C' level environment
*Strategic thinking and complex decision making experience
*Flexibility and openness to the 'start-up' realities of dynamism and being called on to take on ad hoc projects and efforts
