About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Bilingual Customer Service - Inbound Call Center.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
We are in search of dynamic customer service oriented individuals for a call center in East Lansing in support of the State of Michigan.
This is not a Sales or Telemarketing position; however, prior customer service experience is required.
These are long-term positions with the following starting pay:
$11/hr
$12.50/hr for Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Arabic)
40 hours per week

Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-7pm, Mon-Fri.
