Sodexo is currently seeking an Operations Manager to support our team at Fort Leonard Wood Hospital. The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing all food service operations, including, training, team building, scheduling and purchasing at this highly structured, high profile account. This position will be managing Sodexo employees. In Government Services contract compliance is critical with safety and customer service a high priority as extensive audits and surveys are conducted at each unit on weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as 2 years previous Health Care Food Service experience in a diverse work environment. Ideally, candidates will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, preferably in a fast paced, highly regimented environment.

Responsible for financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
