KEY OBJECTIVE: Under close supervision, performs customer service and claims processing functions within a specific business line. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties may include, but are not limited to: · Provide service to ESIS clients, Brokers, agents and other customers. · Registration of Auto Liability claims · Processing of financial transactions · Updating of claim information SCOPE INFORMATION: This position reports to the Operations Manager DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Strong customer orientation and experience supporting customer needs. · Strong written and oral communication to effectively provide service to internal and external customers. · Strong analytical and organizational skills. · Strong computer systems experience and experience in an automated environment. · Works well within a team environment. · Committed to high standards of behavior and performance.
