Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring resident care staff's job performance
* Conducting associate performance evaluations, and coaching/counseling associates
* Responsible for scheduling nurses and aides to ensure proper coverage
* Monitoring staff in administration of medication
* Observing residents' health status, taking actions to address concerns, and reporting all significant changes
* Communicating to families regarding resident's personal needs and achievements

We seek the following qualifications:
* Current Practical Nursing Licensure in the state of NC
* Two (2) years of experience - Management experience is a plus!
* Knowledge of computers, computer software (to include Microsoft Office), and typing
* Excellent communication, customer service, and multi-tasking, and leadership skills
* Flexibility with schedule including availability to ocassionally work on call and on weekends
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
