Customer Service Representative

Aerotek is hiring for a position for a Mortgage Company in the Fishers area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call center setting. This position is a contract to hire opportunity. This role will be an outbound call center role assisting mortgage borrowers with lowering their interest rates.

Shift: 4 Days M-F 11am-8pm/ Saturday 9am- 6pm.

The position will include:

• Primarily outbound calls, with some inbound to assist with mortgage payments.
• Calling on behalf of loan officers on documents needed for refinance
• 50-100 calls a day, monitored with QA scores.
• Informing borrowers new rates and additional information.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a high volume call center
• Mortgage experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 6-12 months working in a call center
• 3-4 Years customer service

- Experience working with Excel
