Our client, located in Beavercreek, OH is currently looking for full time member experience representatives on a 90 day contract-to-hire.

Customer Service Representative accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions and inquiries for customers according to applicable policies and procedures. CSRs proactively suggest appropriate products and services to help customers better manage their financial needs and provide information about the company, its mission, and its products and services.

Major Activities:
* Accurately process telephone transactions for member-owners, including but not limited to, reviewing check holds, processing payments and transfers, processing account transfers, conducting information inquiries, wire transfers, ACH payments, account maintenance, etc.
* Answer members' questions and offer guidance to appropriate products and services. Proactively identify and make appropriate qualified referrals for member-owners that will save members time, save members money and/or provide peace of mind and borrow smarter.
* Ensure transfer clearings are in balance at the end of each work day.
* Follow applicable security, member identification, and fraud prevention policies procedures and practices.
* Perform miscellaneous duties such as checking night messages, processing extended transactions such as card disputes, completing fax requests, ordering supplies, working LSI (third party) tickets, responding to Contact Us email inquiries, printing Call 24 check requests, etc.

Critical Results:
* All members are provided with a superior service experience, according to the credit union's high standards.
* Standards for NPS, number of calls per hour and phone availability standards are met or exceeded, while maintaining a high level of member service as defined by the current service benchmark (i.e., NPS, Service Standards).
* Products and services are proactively recommended when appropriate and members receive accurate information.
* All applicable policies, procedures and practices are followed.

Requirements:
- 6+ months call center experience
