About this job

This person will be sitting behind the front desk and first and foremost will be responsible for addressing needs of any customer that walks in the door. They will greet the customer and find out if they are there for an appointment or if they are a "walk in". They will have to pull up the customer's information on the computer and get them situated with what they need. They will have to enter information in the customer's profile and make sure all information is up to date and accurate. Once the customer is set up with the next steps this person will take another customer or catch up on any work that needs to be completed. When not with a customer they will also be responsible for taking incoming calls. Once customers are finished with their appointment or walk in visit this person will have to check the customer out and make sure that they are leaving satisified with the experience. They will have to support the team as well with any odd jobs that need to be done when they have some spare time.
