As an Insurance PT, you

ensure that insurance verification and adjudication rejections related to

patient prescriptions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely

manner. You also ensure that all applicable laws, regulations and company

policies related to prescription fulfillment are met. You spend most of your

day on the phone. To enjoy and excel in the role, you bring your patience,

flexibility and people skills to every interaction. You feel the satisfaction of

Optimistic, customer-care attitude *

Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written) *

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment *

Time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively

and respond to urgent requests in timely manner *

High school diploma or equivalent *

Pharmacy Technician Certification; demonstrated/maintained good

standing with State Board of Pharmacy *

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in electronic prescription claims billing in a

retail or mail order pharmacy *

Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid and commercial

payers *

Demonstrated ability to

work with high volume production teams with an emphasis on quality *

Intermediate-to-advanced computer skills and proficiency in

Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook *

Prior experience using RxExpress (highly desirable)
