Prominent Finance Firm with beautiful offices in West Los Angeles has an immediate need for a numbers-savvy Administrative/Team Assistant to support multiple departments. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to gain experience with a highly respected firm. As Administrative/Team Assistant, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that require accuracy and attention to detail, including writing, editing and presenting thorough and detailed reports, liaising with board members and senior management and maintaining records and internal databases. Requirements:
* 2+ years of previous experience in a related role
