The beautiful Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center located in Lewis Center has an immediate opening for a weekend Night Auditor. This position requires a highly dependable professional with exceptional guest service skills, exceptional math & accounting skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts on the weekend from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m..
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficient and timely execution of required reporting for the department to include: revenue reports, customer tracking reports, market reports, F&B revenue reports, and other auditing reports as assigned.
- Accurately balance all hotel income and expenses for 24-hour operating period.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for guests to provide services such as check in, check out, assistance making reservations, room issues or requests, or any other task requested by the guest.
- Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
- Displays high level competency in the property management systems and MS Office programs.
- Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
- Follows the proper work environment procedures.
- Provides professional and thorough communication (via email, property management system or verbal) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provides excellent concierge services to guests by having a high level of knowledge of dining and recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas.
- Answer all phones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Position requires standing the entire shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be available for the weekend shift.

Requirements

- Previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Previous Night Auditor experience is a plus.
- Customer service experience is required.
