IT Procurement Specialist Job - Full-time / Part-time

IT Procurement Specialist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, MA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Three to five (3-5) or more years of sourcing experience within the IT category with strong background in category management process is required
- Demonstrated ability to individually lead contract drafting and complete negotiation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- History of influencing for results as an individual contributor working in a matrix reporting environment
- Experience in use of procurement contract management, e-sourcing and other tools

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support drafting and negotiation of contracts as required
- Participate in development and execution of RFI's and RFP's aligned with local or global sourcing strategies
- Interact with stakeholders and other category team members to execute projects on a timely basis and in line with category plans and business needs
- Identify and communicate opportunities for innovation through ongoing supplier interaction
- Ensure that supplier performance risks and issues are appropriately escalated and / or resolved on a timely basis and with no disruption to business goals
- Align all activities to ensure compliance with all legal requirements, policies and procedures
- Help to drive sourcing best practice adoption and sharing throughout the business

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
