Full Charge Bookkeeper – Manufacturing Company

Job Duties:

As the Full Charge Bookkeeper you will report to the Controller. As the Full Charge Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following tasks to include but not limited to:

Processing and input of all Accounts Payables & Receivables.

In-house payroll for up to 20 Employee’s

Compile and post all Journal Entries

Prepare all Financial Statements for the CPA

Bank Statements Reconciliation

Review and Reconciliation on all Expense and Liability Accounts

All Quarterly Reporting - Payroll and Sales and Government reporting.

Full Charge Bookkeeper – F/C Bookkeeper

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years’ experience

BS in Accounting/Finance

MAS 90 experience a plus

QuickBooks software a plus

Advanced Excel skills
