Customer Service Representative

Our client is a top jewelry company and their corporate office is gearing up for the busy season!! The CSRs will answer calls directly from guests about a variety of issues including repairs, store complaints, etc.

Jewelry is a very persona product, so you must be able to show a high level of empathy for the guest’s situation. These positions require a high degree of energy and empathy. They want employees who can truly take interest in every call and understand what the customer is going through to be able to be creative in their response and help to diffuse the situation. Employees must create a WOW experience!

Our client interested in employees that want to move up and advance (6-9 months to stabilize dept but then team lead, supervisor, or other depts. are an option)!!

Duties:

Incoming calls

KPI- first call resolution, call quality and call duration

Research product

Verify Information

Create and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written skills

Good phone etiquette

Mulit tasker

Team Player

Word and Outlook- Excel a plus

Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.

Strict attendance policy, so must be extremely punctual!

Must type minimum of 30 wpm (will be tested prior to interview)

Pay: $12-13.50/hr

Hours: 11am-8pm, Monday-Saturday (with one weekday off, Saturdays are a must!)

This position is starting off temporarily as a 3-6 month project, but top performers will be considered for various permanent openings!
