Director, Solutions & Delivery - Eden Prairie, MN - Full-time / Part-time

This is a customer facing, technology operational and delivery role with the need to turn day-to-day problems into solutions and plans using a diagnostic skill set.  Also required is ability to look forward demonstrating a longer term, strategic thinking for the overall program.    

• Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources and to learn/integrate new information into a work domain of knowledge


• Provide leadership to and be accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff


• Act as the delivery point person to engage with customers, resolve issues, and lead teams in matrix environment


• Translate business and technical requirements, navigate and negotiate across complex cross functional teams to address business needs, and respond to issues and delivery of functionality


• Communicate professionally with appropriate diplomacy including the ability to change confrontational situations into productive resolution


• Ensure compliance to corporate policies and drive sound best practices process improvement

• Undergraduate degree


• 5 years of experience in delivering technology solutions to meet customer demands


• 3 years Leadership experience


• Experience and skill set to translate customer and internal technical discussions into solutions.


• Experience managing customer expectations and negotiations keeping the relationship productive


• Experience navigating a large organization and team dynamics


• Experience with influencing others within matrix team environment


• Experience quickly converting issues and problems into solutions


• Experience in project and program planning


• Position is located in Minnesota

• Working knowledge of CMS 5 star Medicare Rating Program


• 5 years of experience in working with and understanding of healthcare data
