Daytime Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Hi there, my wife and I are looking for someone to watch our three daughters, ages 1, 4, and 7, they love being outside and staying active. The schedule would vary slightly from day to day being we both have rotating schedules, however, it will be 3-5 days a week. We're hoping to find someone that would come to our home with them and we would pay $40 a day. Some days would only be a few hours, some days would be more for the most part. We can make our schedule, so it would be no more than 5 hours a day that we need a sitter.
