Job Summary
Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives. Analyzes industry data for clients and various internal groups, and develops targeted sales ideas. Maintains direct client contact and relationship management responsibilities.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Using a reporting writing program and other software, analyze sales data and management company buying habits and patterns. Recommend and advise sales representatives and Managers as trends are developed. Recommend corrective action to increase penetration and or sales.
- Analyze industry and portfolio data for use in competitive analyses, product positioning initiatives and the development of sales tools.
- Develop, recommend and implement trend based Sales and Marketing campaigns for individual management companies. Calculate and analyze ROI.
- Research trends as to regional and or company growth and identify new opportunities.
- Assess feasibility and strengths of projects, campaigns and strategies as they affect individual and multiple accounts.
- Work with internal clients including Legal, Marketing, Business Development Services and a variety of sales teams to facilitate the expansion of the HDS services. Involved in the decision making process as to what projects will or will not be implemented.
- Assist in maintenance of sales portfolios.
- Interact with clients to coordinate activities, respond to marketing requests, provide portfolio information, and assist in the development of new marketing materials.


Nature and Scope
- May modify processes to resolve situations.
- Under limited supervision, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine best approach to achieve desired outcomes. Course of action is often determined by interpreting procedures and policies. Work typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor or direct "customers" of the process
- Is sought out and/or assigned to provide general guidance/direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support personnel. Contributes to employees professional development but does not have hiring/firing authority.


Work Environment
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must pass the Drug Test
- Must pass the Background Check
- Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable


Education and Experience
- Technical certification or Associates degree may be required in some areas. Generally 5 to 7 years of experience in related area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years sales support experience.
- Experience compiling statistics and preparing various reports for management.
- Experience supporting sales staff with proposals and maps.
