Senior Talent Acquisition Technology / Systems Analyst

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Technology and Systems Analyst in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to focus on current and future systems optimization, as well as, implementation of new recruiting modules, and the integration with other existing IT systems. Furthermore, this role acts as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition Systems team, staffing, business units, enterprise application team, TA vendors, Onboarding and the HRIS team.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: development, implementation, management, training and monitoring of TA information systems. Actively participates in creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades and new configurations. This position also identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of system wide talent acquisition and human resources related data.
In this position you will:
Partner with TA Systems manager to deliver complex cross-functional projects in order to meet and exceed scope, cost and schedule; acts as a subject matter expert for all TA systems/modules, actively participates in optimization by driving the definition and organization of business requirements and other user requests; proactively eliminates bottlenecks and balances the business needs versus technical constraints; identifies, assesses, tracks and helps mitigate or avoid issues and risks at multiple levels; creates, maintains and disseminates project information to stakeholders.
Partner with TA Systems manager to configure Taleo ATS workflow and integrations; collaborate to provide systems requirements, based on business and department needs; evaluate and prepare Taleos optimization, and partner with HRIS team on the integration with Lawson; partner with IT on integrations between ATS and other related people systems; proactively configure systems based on business drivers and day-to-day systems optimization; suggest, design, implement and provide solutions and efficiencies; ensure system meets all data privacy, compliance and regulations.
Drive effective business requirement gathering, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities; build consensus on operational and technical decisions, while delivering high quality results; increase the productivity of internal teams by suggesting design and workflow improvements and fixes; drive efficient reporting metrics and analytics solutions; consult on reporting needed for various audiences (Recruiting team and HR Operations); configurations to optimize evolving recruiting needs and processes.
Provides consultation and support to talent acquisition leadership, ministries and talent acquisition staff. Performs all duties in a manner that reflects the PH&S mission, philosophy, and core values.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or an equivalent of work experience.
Five years of experience in technology and systems with 3 years in recruitment ATS technology, or HRIS systems. Experience designing, developing and implementing systems across the software development lifecycle. Building requirements, design the systems, work flows, processes, testing methodologies, implementing and training.
Two years of experience developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficient knowledge of relationship databases and business intelligence systems.
Two years of experience in project management and leading cross-functional projects and or/systems implementations, optimizations, or upgrades in a large company with 5,000+ employees.
Demonstrated knowledge of writing basic SQL.
Knowledge of basic PC applications MS Word, Excel.
Knowledge of building and maintaining MS Access database.
In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, math skills and writing skills.
Knowledge of applicable Human Resources and employment laws and regulations.
Knowledge of HTML.
Previous Taleo, Lawson and Avature experience strongly preferred.
Taleo System Administrator certification is a strong bonus.
