Job Description

Sales Associate-Cashier

Whether greeting a customer with a smile or ringing up a sale, you will make the shopping experience exceptional every time.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance our customer shopping experience.
• Provide helpful, quick answers to customer questions.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Promote the Goodwill mission whenever possible.
• Assist in stocking the sales floor, stock rotation and display and organization of the merchandise.

Sales Associate-Production

Here's your opportunity to help team members meet production and recycling goals.

• Sort and price merchandise received.
• Complete production reports as directed.
• Provide exceptional customer and donor service.
• Assist in the donation center, special drive site or store when necessary.
• Meet production and recycling goals on a daily basis.

To be considered for employment candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to work effectively with team members.
• Must have basic reading and writing skills.
• Earned a high school diploma preferably.
